Set right in the heart of the conservation area in the centre of Old Colwyn.  Well situated for any of numerous beaches on the North Wales coast (when weather applies!), Walking in the Snowdon National Park, attractions at Llandudno,  more Castles than you can shake a stick at (see Anglesea and the picturesque town of Beaumaris, the ‘Italianate’ village of Portmeirion, a choice of steam railways, theatre or water sports at Colwyn bay not to mention every conceivable type of outdoor pursuit on your doorstep.

Two downstairs bathrooms for quick clean-down after a day at the beach or rolling in the mud at the Snowdonia National Park.

Large en-suite bedroom, HUGE ‘Dormitory’ of four bunk beds and four ‘truckle’ beds (if required).  Two further double/twin bedrooms, a second lounge with SKY and 3DTV.  Two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath.

Five further double/twin bedrooms two bathrooms and separate toilet.
